All credit card payments via the Ballaz website are handled by Protx.
All transaction information passed between you and Protx is encrypted
using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed
unencrypted and any messages sent between Ballaz and Protx Servers are
signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely
secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can
be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain
access to sensitive information.

All purchases will be made online, at Ballaz we guarantee 100% authenticity
on all products. Online purchases may only be made by residents of the
UK, Northern Ireland and Europe.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products on the website are subject to availability and every effort
will be made to ensure your order is fulfilled. We will inform you by
email if we are unable to fill your order.
HOW TO PAY
All prices include VAT at the applicable current rate, but exclude delivery
charges unless stated otherwise.
Ballaz accepts all Major Debit & Credit Cards Including VISA ELECTRON
and SOLO cards.
The transaction will be charged to your account only after we have verified
your card details, received credit authorisation and confirmed stock
availability, and your order is ready to be despatched.
DELIVERY
All purchases are delivered by Royal Mail and are despatched within
2 days of your order. Most orders should be received within 3-5 working
days. All goods will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery.
Orders are processed and delivered between Monday and Friday, excluding
public and Bank Holidays. Ballaz cannot be responsible for unforeseen
delays.

European orders should be received within 14 working days. All goods
will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery. Please contact
us via our contact page (Please state your Order Number) if your goods
are not received within 18 working days.
Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. Please allow
2 days for us to process your order.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Ballaz are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Any item(s) can be returned for exchange, if it qualifies under the
following terms:
You must return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The item(s)
must be unworn and in an unsoiled condition, complete with all attached
tags, the original packaging and the sales receipt.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable
for items lost in the post. Postage paid for returning goods for exchange
are not refundable. You are responsible for any return delivery charges,
any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable.
Your order will be fulfilled within 2 days of receipt subject to availability.
If we cannot replace your exchange with a like for like product then
a full refund will be given (At Ballaz Discretion). You will be charged
for any extra costs to return your exchanged item to you, We will contact
you with the costs, once all costs are settled, your item will be shipped
to you.
